Due to the volume of orders within our courier network, there may be a slight delay in your parcel’s journey. Please rest assured you will receive the relevant updates from our courier as soon as your parcel is on its way to you. Your tracking will be updated accordingly.For UK deliveries, when your order has been despatched, you'll receive a despatch confirmation email with a link to track your parcel.
You can track the progress of your parcel at the Royal Mail website, by selecting the track your parcel icon and enter your tracking number - this will give you the up to date status of your order.
